Ceola C. Henderson-Bryant, M.Ed, MHS, CADC, is the C.E.O. of C.B.R. Tranquility Development Home NFP, an IAEC-approved organization dedicated to servicing the recovery community by providing sober residential living and working to reduce the recidivism in the neighborhoods of Englewood, Austin and other Chicagoland areas. Mrs. Henderson-Bryant is currently a substitute teacher at the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center and was previously a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMRP) providing empathetic service in the Behavioral Health & Crisis Response departments at Loretto Hospital. Mrs. Henderson-Bryant has been an educator with Chicago Public School for over 25 years and continues to serve her community in an educational capacity, providing safe and sober living residences for the formerly incarcerated. She earned her master’s in education from Cambridge College and a master’s in addiction studies from Governors State University.
